Buyer accounts on shop.avensahealth.com are limited to verified hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations. Orders are subject to our then-current pricing and availability. Subscription orders renew automatically on the schedule you select; you can view, modify, or cancel an upcoming order from your dashboard any time before it processes.

Home care services are subject to a separate services agreement and care plan signed at intake, in addition to these Terms. These Terms govern your use of our website and patient/family portal; they don't replace or limit rights described in your care agreement or under Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) regulations.

Don't use the Services to violate the law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with the Services' operation or security.
